From 6pm on Tuesday 12th May 2026 C2 will become read only.

Connect2 is migrating to the Concerto cloud. In order to facilitate this migration, C2 will become read only from 13th May 26 onwards. On completion of the migration you will be issued with a login to the new system. C2 will continue to be available for read only functions until the new system is fully operational.

Please note that the password complexity requirements for your C2 password have been updated.

When you are next prompted to reset your password, it will need to meet the following criteria:

- Minimum of 12 characters long

- Must contain BOTH upper case and lower case letters

- Must contain at least 1 number

You will also be required to reset your password every 4 weeks. 

If you have forgotten your login or password details for C2 then click on - Forgotten your password? link above. This will ask you to enter the email address that is registered against your C2 account. Your password will then be re-set and sent out along with your login to that email address.

Please note: this will only work if you have already been setup with a C2 account. If you haven't, please contact the Norse IT Service Desk or the Norse office you work with (if you are not Norse staff)
